support site down?

Hello, I'm trying to create a support case this morning but can not open the support site. THe message I'm getting is <We apologize, an error has occurred while processing your request. Please try again later>. It's been more than 2 hours I'm trying and no improvement. Anybody in the same boat?

issue solved via chat with support, they helped to create a case which ultimately they solved

Hmm, I just checked and it is working for me. Which region are you in? I am on the North America/US2 server for the main site, but maybe other regions are having issues with the support site. Have you tried clearing your cache/cookies and reloading the page?

I'm in North America, cleared cookies, tried Chrome, Edge and Mozilla. All three redirect to https://sapconcur.my.salesforce-sites.com/scpublic/SSOError?ErrorCode=27&ErrorDescription=Multiple+m...

 

upon clicking Contact Support in Get assistance menu.
