password recovery sends no email

Hi I have doubled checked my username and trying to reset/recover my password.
At the moment, I am not receiving any recovery password link.
Is there a way to reset/unlock my account if locked as I have tried few times pw recovery without success

Hello @marcoe.  Try contacting your Administrator.  They can confirm your email address (make sure you are both using the same email) and they can also reset your password for you.  You may also want to contact your IT dept.  The company I work for had a problem receiving any Concur emails a couple of weeks ago.  Turns out, Microsoft blacklisted the domain name and our IT people had to something on their side to get the emails to be approved to be received again.

Hi @MSteele , thanks for your tips. I will contact IT dpt asap. they may have means to reach Admin.
Once I solve this issue I will update just in case for other.
