connect to AWS API URL failed: NIECONN_REFUSED(-10)

Dear all,

since this morning we cannot connect to "eu2.api.concursolutions.com" and we get the error below

Direct connect to eu2.api.concursolutions.com:443 failed: NIECONN_REFUSED(-10)

Anything has been changed in the AWS API URL for Europe?

@knefnifi have you submitted this to Concur Support? That would be my suggestion.

@KevinD , I think I have found the solution when done “telnet eu2.api.concursolutions.com 443” I get no connection. the problem is on the firewall that block the connection. I have requested network team to adjust firewall and waiting for their feedback.
