Please recall your report and reach out to Concur administrator or raise an IT support ticket to get your manager name updated in your Concur profile.

Once manager name is updated, you can recall your report and re-submit so that it will get routed to your manager for approval.

For your information, IT support is not available for this issue because CONCUR is not a STELLANTIS application

I try the HR service but no answer at this time ...
