I had a couple of suggestions for the user interface given recent updates:
Home Page
-Is it possible to have the same user-interface when booking travel for a guest under our own profile instead of using a previous iteration?
-Could the "Travel" and "Expense" sections be somewhere you can simply hover over and select what you want instead of multiple clicks?
Expense Report
-I've noticed other comments say this as well, but the expense page is way too big given the amount and size of information. The checked boxes, Alerts, Date, Comment, Receipt, and Attribute sections are 6/12 columns, but they're 6 of the top 7 columns with the smallest symbols or information. It makes sense that 6/12 columns take up half of the screen, but not when the columns only have 1/12 the amount of information. Is there a way we could size the columns ourselves instead? Or going back to the previous iteration would also work.
-Sorting the comments does not sort by what is in the comment field. It takes into account the alerts too and sees them as comments. If I want to sort by expenses with comments, I have to scroll past the items with alerts on them first.
-When clicking the images from the report level, that window could be bigger.. If this was the same size as if you clicked into the specific line item, that would be perfect. When I'm in the line item, the size of the receipt is great. When I'm looking at all line items and click to view the receipt, it's maybe at 10% of the size.
-In the Attributes section, the credit card symbol is the same thing as the "Payment Type". Is it possible to combine the two or make this into one? For example, I'd see the credit card symbol and know that it was a card charge. If I don't see one, I can assume it's cash. The other option could be to integrate the payment type with the credit card details. So when I click "AMEX" it shows me the transaction and card details.
-As mentioned in my first point in this section, the "Amount", "Requested", and "Actions" sections are all too wide for how much information they contain.
