Unable to update personal information

I'm trying to update all the required fields:

Date of birth

Gender

Work or Home Phone Number

When I press Save i get a processing screen for a long time followed by this error:

An error occurred while processing your request.

@Chris_Edwards I just looked at your profile and it looks like those three items you mentioned are saved. Are you seeing them now saved on your profile?
