The two step authentication is NOT working.......will not accept copy and paste code. Please advise

@Kouri I am sorry for this.  Try following these steps and see if this works:

1. Open your microsoft authenticator app

2. Click verified IDs in bottom right on the bottom nav of the app

3. Click Scan QR code

4. Scan QR code on Concur

5. Go back to authenticator, home icon on bottom of nav,

6. You will see the new SAP concur authentication code

**(this is different than the 6 digit code when you click on the account)

I am using a windows 11 and not a phone. How do you download the app?

Can you give directions on how to actually scan the code using the Microsoft app? It’s not allowing me to do this on my phone. And it is not taking the 30 some figure key code.

7. Download and install Firefox browser on PC
8. Click setting button (three line) in right top, select More Tools
9. Select Extensions for developers
10. Search "Authenticator" in "Find add-on" search bar
11. Click Add to Firefox and click allow for pop-ups
12. After installing, the authenticator icon will shown in Extensions sections
13. Save the QR code to PC and open it with browser Firefox (note to untick option open it as default or click Once)
14. Click Authenticator icon in browser to scan it and enter the generated passcode to Concur login page.

• For Chrome

It has similar process, but searching extensions is under setting menu > Extensions > Visit Chrome Web Store.
