The platform logs me out when clicking on expenses to approve

Have others experienced this issue? 

I have expenses to approve.

I log into the portal, and when I click on an expense it automatically logs me out. 

 

I am not able to get past this loop. Any help would be appreciated -

Hello @NaveenK ,

 

What you can try as a user is:

  1. Try a different browser (Chrome / Edge)
  2. Clear your browser data:
    • Cache
    • Cookies
  3. Open the browser in incognito/private mode
  4. Disable browser extensions
  5. Try accessing it from another device
