Please be advised that the SAP Concur Customer Support Portal will be undergoing maintenance beginning Friday, November 7 at 7:00 p.m. PST. Although the Support Portal will be accessible during this time, the following features will be inaccessible until the below stated restoration times:
New Case Creation: Customers will not be able to create new cases during the maintenance window. This feature will be restored on Monday, November 10 at 8:00 a.m. PST.
- Should you experience a business-critical issue during the maintenance period, please call SAP Concur Support at +1 877 901 4960 or access the global support phone numbers (https://assets.concur.com/tech-pubs/SAP-Concur-Training-Library/ASC-Guides/Getting_the_Most_ASC_ENG.... (page 9), and a support case will be created for you.
- Chat: Chat via Portal and concursolutions.com will not be available. This feature will be restored on:
- Chat in support portal will be restored by November 10 at 8:00 a.m. PST.
- In-product chat will be restored for the European data center by November 12 at 11:59 p.m. PST.
- In-product chat will be restored for the U.S. data center by November 13 at 11:59 p.m. PST.
- Generative AI Search: Customers will not be able to utilize AI assisted searches on the Support Portal during the maintenance window. This feature will be restored on Tuesday, by November 11 at 11.59 p.m. PST.
- Please note: Customers will be able to access and update all cases, and Phone Support will be available throughout the maintenance period.
