Spectrum Vendor Invoice Import File

Hi All,

I have taken over as admin for our Concur account as the employee who set everything up is no longer at our company, and would like to know how I would remove her email address so that no import files are sent to her anymore.

@kellicarbone from what I read, it sounds like you can simply remove the Import/Extract Administrator role from their profile. Many times people that leave the company only have their profile deactivated, but the permissions and roles are not removed. 

 

I take it you have access to the Expense Admin>Permission Administrator screen. Correct? If so, you should be able to search for this person's last name, see all the roles they have, select them then use the Remove button. Do not forget to save after doing this.
