Slides for company-wide training?

Hi - so our company has Concur.....  No one has been trained, and I have been tasked to train staff and I have nothing!  I have the bare minimum knowledge.  I have been painstakingly looking for presentation slides so that I may have a training session.  I do not want to reinvent the wheel if someone has slides that I can use.  I just need a basic slide deck so that I can teach end users the basics - that's it.  I have been on this Concur website and have searched and searched and I just need a simple slide deck - not a bunch of videos (no one will watch).  No one will take the time to search the help.....  Personally, I think it's overloaded with videos.  I know my group will want personal training and they won't watch videos.  Anyway, if anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @lisakae828, welcome to Concur! I think some of your concerns are accurate based on my experience. Regardless of how many videos, tutorials, etc. that you make available to your users, we find that most would rather have one-on-one sessions to walk them through the entire process including filling out the reports. It is hard to keep up with the amount of users that want this with the limited hours in a work day, but that is what they prefer.

@lisakae828 have you considered having SAP Concur do some training sessions for you? It does come with a cost, but you get a recording of the training sessions to use for as long as you need AND you don't need to really do anything as the SAP Concur trainer will pretty much do everything.
