Signing up for breach notification communications

Hello- Does anyone know how I can sign up for breach notifications? I've been trying to figure this out for months and no one seems to know or can help me include multiple SAP team members. Help!

If you're referring to what happened on January 4th, there is a full thread on it here: https://community.concur.com/t5/Admin-Group-Forums/Jan-4th-SAP-ALERT-notification/m-p/71318 and SAP proactively contacted impacted customers (their ASCs).

 

If you want to know about Concur service availability, use Concur Open: https://open.concur.com/ You can set up a personalized view and notifications for your location.

Thank you. No that was not what I was referring to, but regardless the thread provided me with an email address I did not have before for alerts! So thank you!

@ebarden830 for those types of issues, we usually reach out to impacted customers, but only to those listed as an Authorized Support Contact at their company. You cannot sign yourself up to be an Authorized Support Contact as it is a permission checkbox found on the employee profile screen for site admins. However, if you are a site admin, you might be able to check this box on your own profile.
