@Justyna25 I would suggest calling the dedicated user support desk number. If you don't have that number handy, you can call the general support number and use the Authorized Support Option from the automated menu.

That number is: 1-855-895-4815.

I am based in UK and don't have a work phone to make calls so it's impossible for me to call them. I would appreciate a UK contact? Thanks

@Justyna25 I don't have a UK contact. All I have is the toll-free Support number for the UK. You should be able to call from your mobile. 🙂
