I can only agree with you. I posted on my linkedIn about this platform to other connections peers which I know also use the system. Maybe you want to do the same as it is the ONLY platform which I am aware that from one side it support SAP Concur's clients, but also provide the possibility to exchange ideas and best practices with other System Administrators for settings and problematics.
