Report generation yields no results

When I run any of the reports in the report portal since July 1st, no data is generated. During July, there should not have been data, as we had no Concur activity; however, there has been activity since July. Any suggestions? I did check the date range. Thank you.

@ValEnnis could you clarify if you are talking about Cognos Reports or our canned Travel Reports? If it is Cognos reporting, please provide me the names of two reports you tried and which folders you tried running them from.

Cognos, State of Georgia State Accounting Office, Detail Report-Extracted (sent for payment date) w/Purpose added Record Locator. This is the one I run monthly; however, other reports that were previously available to me are not there. I didn't run these as often so, I don't remember the names. They were to isolate company-paid travel, airplus, etc. Thank you for the help.
