Region where login is not available?

Hi all

Other employees in the same domain can log in without issues, but users in Russia are unable to log in and encounter the following message:

"Sorry, something went wrong. We encountered an error processing your request. If the issue persists, please contact your Company Administrator or Help Desk with correlation_id __________________ for additional help."

Are users in Russia restricted from logging in?

May I know your Concur site is on which data center? US2, EU2 etc.

I Could see degradation for last two days under these data centers. Because of this they might be facing issue while logging in.

Can you please check whether they are able to login today. It might have got resolved.
