Query regarding Concur certification

Hi Team,

I got my CIP certification in 2022 and currently renewed with stay certified. I am working in Implementation projects in a partner company. However I want to know what happens once I move to a company that is a non-partner. Will I be able retain my certification there? And how I will work on any implementation project there if certification not valid. Currently seeing lot of non partner companies (at least name not there in partner hub) hiring for implementation projects. Also if I stay in a non partner company for more than one year, will I be able to retain my certification or I will need to do fresh certification.
