I am logging in to the Concur site from our company link. I need to add the TSA preapprove number and change my home address. Nothing works. It is telling me I am not using a valid two digit state. It has Mississippi in the state field and I delete that and type in Ms which last time I checked is the only 2 digits for this state. I have been trying to update this for about a month and even this weel posted a question in the help or contact Concur site no response and I also posted in the Caterpillar Yammer group without any help.
