Profile not visible

I have updated my account and verified my email but for some reason i m getting feedback from travel team that they canot find my profile

Hello @HadeelAbdlgaff 

 

Ensure all required fields (marked in red) are completed in your profile.
Because if a required field is not filled in, the "PAR/Level 2 STAR" field does not generate and the profile does not sync with the GDS (reservation system).

@HadeelAbdlgaff I like @cjmarimo 's advice to double-check that everything is complete on your travel profile.
