Pictures in Email Reminders and Notifications

Hello!

Can you please specify why pictures were disabled in Concur's Notifications and Email Reminders? Can you please provide the details of such solution?

Is it possible to turn them on again, since it affects users experience significantly, and make emails look more user-friendly?

@Asya_Danilova this option was as we now say, sunsetted, starting January 2020. It was for security reasons. Here is the release notes document. Refer to page 12 that discusses this: https://www.concurtraining.com/customers/tech_pubs/Docs/_ReleaseNotes/2020/ExpProRN20_02_Cli_F.pdf.

So, to answer your question, it isn't something that can be turned back on.
