One-Time Passcode OTP

We use SSO when logging on in Concur.

Our credit card company has informed us, starting March 1 online transactions will require OTP when the merchant uses 3DS.

Does Concur use 3DS? Will our travelers need the OTP number when booking travel on-line in Concur, including air, hotel and car rentals?
