New problem with Entra sso and concur

I've got my entra side built and it test out just fine.  I followed the steps listed in the microsoft entra sso turorial.

I use the defaults and tie it to my concur users.  When I test everything works.  I go into concur authentication and add the meta data from Entra and save it.  When a user tries to log into concur though I get a misconfigured application error that states it's either a permissions for aad graph or the application identifier is incorrect.  Does concur provide the application identifier or can that be the default identifier that is pulled from entra?
