Hello, everyone!

I am a new Concur admin for my company with no Concur experience. What are the basic pieces of advice you would give to a new user? Any tips you've learned along the way?

Hi Amanda,

I'd recommend reviewing all of the information on our Training Toolkit. There is a tone of very useful information out there.

The Learn the Basics area goes over the basic end user related functionality.

The Learn to Administer area goes over the basics of system administration and basic configuration.

The Learn About Reporting area has some materials about our reporting tools, including links to register for live training.

The Attend Administrator Training goes over all of the options for attending live training sessions specific to administrators.

Thanks for posting! This is a great conversation to start and I am sure our experienced Concur Admins would be glad to share the tricks of the trade. Have you joined the User Admin Group yet? This is a space designed for admins only where ideas and best practices are shared. This could be a great way for you to connect and learn from your fellow admins.
