New Concur User

Hi there Concur pros! I have recently been tasked with learning some of the in's and out's of Concur, specifically reporting. I've watched a few training videos, read lots of forum pages and FAQ's...however, I am still completely lost! I'm not even sure where to begin to educate myself. 

Any advice, help or mentoring is GREATLY appreciated.

is there a plan to implement Concur within your organization? will you be the System Administrator? To learn from scratch I guess it would take a few months, and reporting there are specific courses that Concur organize..

Thank you! We currently use Concur in our organization and I am a system administrator. However, it's a program I have never used and some folks in my department have never used it for what we are looking to use it for, if that makes sense.

@abrandt Welcome to the Community. This will be a great place for you to get information and get ideas from others. @Munari_alEXPert provided the link to our Training Toolkit, which is a good place to start. From there, please post any questions you might have here in the Community. We have plenty of people who can and will help. Also, if you haven't yet, request to join the User Admin Group here on the Community. It is a group specifically for those who are Site Administrators. There you will find a lot of our members who have lots of experience.

When it comes to reporting, look at the standard reports and see what fits your needs or what can be tweaked for your needs.  It helps not having to start from scratch.  Reporting is tough but Concur can build reports for you so see what your program includes for that.
