Mobile App will not open

This week, when I went in to do my expense report I got a message of a required update. I did the update, and after the update was complete, SAP Concur mobile app would no longer open, when I try to open it, it does nothing. I thought maybe it had not fully downloaded so I gave it a couple of extra days. Now when I go to the app store, it has the tab for "open", so it is fully downloaded, I click on that and it acts like it is going to open and then it goes to the home screen. This is the only app I am having an issue with.
