Missing Account codes for only 1 Expense Report

I have one employee whose expense report will not let me complete the final process in accounting because of missing account codes. I did not have this issue with anyone else. I sent the report back to the employee to resubmit but I am still having the same issue.

@JWill_2020 could you send me a private message with the employee name and expense report name please? I'll go in and take a look to see if I find anything.
