Late Payment charge

Hello,

I received a notification last week from Citi MasterCard with a late payment charge, when I check my statements I don't see any transaction payment done from my August expense, I see it was approved but never received a notification from AutoNotification@concursolutions.com that it was sent for payment!! 

 

Can someone assist me or provide support with this issue please.

@Walter75 - you will need to contact your company's support team within your organization. They would be able to investigate where the holdup may be.
