Issue when trying to add my personal car for milage

I have the option to add a personal car in my settings, but when I try to add a personal car, it has a red circle with a line in it and can't edit it

@shawnschopen I'll keep this as short as possible. Looks like the way your company configured the site, to register a car you need to be assigned a Union Code. I didn't see any field for this anywhere on your profile or in your admin profile. So, I'm not sure what your company is doing in regards to this.
