Is there an option to manage or add our own pop up messages in Concur?

We already utilize the company info when theres updates to share. But lot of people dont read it. Is there a way to add pop ups with information that has to be closed out of?

If so what role do you need to be able to manage this for your business

I don't think that there is an option to implement pop-up-messages, but as a workaround you could implement an audit rule as a warning message, enter a condition that is always true (for example: employee group = XX) and deactivate it as soon as you don't want it to be dissplayed anymore.

@MelGreaves if you have Concur Travel, I believe there is an option to have a pop-up message appear upon sign in. As for Concur Expense, I don't believe there is an option for in-product pop-up messages built right in. However, I did a little digging and we do have something called SAP Enable Now, which can accomplish what you are looking for, but it is a paid service. I don't know the pricing, but if you speak with your Customer Success Manager, they could probably provide that information. 

What are you trying to accomplish? There might be another solution.

Thanks Kevin, we were hoping there was something similar to news massages in S4, we are wanting to use for general update messages, changes to processes or changes to our finance policy so users actually read it, not necessarily tied to just expenses but overall Concur. We dont have Travel, just invoice and expense currently
