In SAP Concur, your name is often pulled from a source system (like HR or your travel agency profile). That’s why your middle name may appear twice.
To update the name:
Go to:
- Profile → Personal Information → Name
If the fields are editable:
- Remove the duplicate middle name
- Save the changes
If the fields are not editable:
It may be because some organizations lock name fields to ensure they match official ID or passport details. In such cases, you won’t be able to update it yourself.
You can contact your local Concur administrator, as they can update your name in your Concur profile and, if needed, coordinate changes in the HR system as well.
