Hyperlink text in Email Reminders

Unable to added hyperlink to the text in email reminder also is old hyperlink text but I need to replace the link which is not possible as editing link option is not available. Anyone have any other ideas how to edit this.

Hi @ahmemdh ,

Just to validate this, I checked into our sandbox and found that "Insert/edit link" option is not appearing now.  Without having this option, you wont be able to insert any hyperlink. 

Not sure whether this is temporary issue from Concur side OR Concur has done some changes in email reminder settings recently. @KevinD - Can you please check this internally with your team and provide us update.

@PoojaKumatkar I didn't find anything concrete about the option to add a hyperlink being removed, but it appears that it is now no longer an option. I don't see it from my end.

Screenshots here are outdated, but they show the hyperlink button. I saw nothing in the release notes regarding this. We need custom links in the email reminders.

Hello @ahmemdh  I logged a Case with SAP Concur Support, & this was their response:

  "Upon investigation, we found that the Add Link feature was discontinued in the previous release. Unfortunately, we were unable to locate any official documentation about this change. As a temporary solution, you may add the URL within the Email Reminder message."
