How to chcek logs in Cuncor.

Issue :
We are facing an issue while testing a scenario to receive a response from MuleSoft.
MuleSoft is sending an XML response back to Concur, but we are unable to view any search results for the search criteria.

We need guidance on how to verify or debug this issue to confirm whether the XML response successfully reached Concur or not.
