Freezing, Crashing and Kicking you out

Hi All

i have one staff member that constantly COMPLAINS about.

1. it freezes

2. crashes all the time

3. kicks you out of the log out constantly.

4. logs you out too quickly. 

does anyone else experience these problems and found any solutions. 

I have the concern that the majority of the issues are 'user' but i need to go though the motion of trying to find a solution.

For point 3 and 4 you can check below settings. Check what time out setting is selected for your site.

If it is set to minimum timeout then try to set up maximum timeout period and see if issue is getting resolved.

@RebeccaEdwards I checked your site settings and it is set up to sign users out after 30 minutes of inactivity. You can simply increase this using the drop down field. It is found under Home>Authentication Admin>Sign In Settings. 

I would say count your blessings that it is only one user complaining. 🙂
