Flight Help

Hello.  I choose a flight and it is in confirmed status.  When I went in to choose my rental car, it says the rental car location is closed when I arrive.  That means I need to change my arrival time.  How do I change my flight if it is in confirmed status?

@rousy49 do you remember at the end of the air portion of the booking if there was a button that said Purchase or did the button say Confirm? 

Also, has the status of the flight changed from Confirmed? If not, you might be able to go to your Travel home screen and see the current trip. The name of the trip will be a hyperlink that you can click to open the booking. Try that and see if there is a cancel option. 

If the trip status has changed to issued or ticketed, you will probably need to call your company's travel agency to get it changed.
