Employee user load is failing

Hi All, 

Employee load is failing with error missing field - first name. How to view the import file in CONCUR.
I want to view the 300 line to check the issue, But I don't see any download file button in Import monitor.

If you have the SAP ICS integration then you don't have any file that you can check.

If you don't have it you should contact the person that is updating the Employee Master data to provide the file if this makes sense or review the file together.

Thanks for the Response.

The thing is we are using SAP PO to load the file into CONCUR. HR will load the data(input) to PO and PO will convert that to employee import. 
HR confirmed that input had the first name and the issue is PO has lost the output file. Is their any other way to find those file in CONCUR.
