Email reminders/notifications

Hello! Concur stopped sending me email reminders. I used to receive them but suddenly stopped. I checked my email preferences and his email address, and they all seem to be correct. How can I fix this?

@erlopez1 there are a couple of reasons why email might stop. Is your Inbox possibly full? I'm asking because if it is or recently was and an email came from Concur, it could have bounced back. When this happens, your email address can be put on a suppression list which would prevent further emails from being delivered. Do you know if this is possible?

@erlopez1 this isn't something I can fix, but if you have your Site Administrator submit a Help ticket, Concur Support should be able to help. It is possible your email was put on what we call the Suppression List. You wouldn't know this, but Concur Support can see if it is and remove it if need be.
