Email Address in Personal Information

Top Page > Profile settings > Your Information > Email Address

The ''Email 1' is the email address listed in company's master file.

Also you can add another email addresses as many as possible.

So in what occasion do you add another email address and how do you use it?

Hi @Miri 

You would add extra addresses if you have any receipts or travel plans going to those addresses and you wanted to forward them to Concur.

Hello @Miri

 

All verified email addressed allow you to link TripIt account and receipts to your concur account. Hope this helps.

Travel Plans:

When you connect a new or existing TripIt account using a verified email address you’ll be able to forward confirmation emails to plans@tripit.com. Plans organized in TripIt will then sync to your SAP Concur account. You can connect an account in the App Center.

 

Receipts

Forward your receipt images to receipts@concur.com to have your receipts uploaded into your Available Receipts list.

You you verify one or more email address, below is possible with every verified email address. Hope this helps.

@Miri In your  Expense or Travel Profile, here are the steps to add an Email address:

To add email address to profile: 

  1. Navigate to Profile Settings Personal Information Email Addresses
  2. Click [+] Add an email address link on far right
  3. Enter email address
  4. Click OK to save

 

There should also be links to show you how to do add an Email Address among other links.  You can add a personal email address, or a travel arranger or delegate as well.

@Miri I want to clarify something. You can add up to three total email addresses (including Email1) if your company is using Concur Expense only. If your company uses Concur Travel, you can have a total of five email addresses. There is a limit.
