@curlyyessy have you confirmed with colleagues that it isn't working for them as well? Just trying to figure out if it is an isolated incident or a larger one.
There really isn't anything individual users can do. E-receipts are provided by the vendors and not generated by SAP Concur.
Do you know who at your company is the SAP Concur site administrator?
