I keep receiving an email from Concur that my Marriott Bonvoy account will not connect to my Concur account. I contacted Marriott, confirmed my account #, confirmed the account is open and active. Marriott says there is nothing on their end that would prevent my account from connecting and advised me this is a Concur issue not a Marriott issue. This entire process is beginning to get quite frustrating.

@Jimh That is very odd that it won't connect. Maybe try posting this in the Travel forum here on the Community. It might get better traction that way.
