Solved: Concur is down?

Hi,

We are unable to connect to Concur nor Open Concur. Is there a problem?

Trying connecting to Concur:

upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. reset reason: connection failure

Trying opening Open Concur: error while generating code.
