Concur Support

I have not been able to access the Concur Support link - there is an error message that appears in the new window. Is anyone else having this error? I have submitted a case a couple of weeks ago and am unable to see if there have been updates.

Hello @Skeehner ,

 

To access the Concur Support link, you need to have the Authorized Support Contact role in your user profile. Do you have it?

If you do, what error are you seeing? Could you share a screenshot?
