Change credit card info

I had to book a flight and hotel on my personal credit card because my AmEx was issued yet. I was told that I could change it once my company Amex arrived. I have the card now, but I cannot change it from my personal to my Amex.  Help please.

@lgrooms most likely the airfare was already purchased, so you won't be able to change that. The hotel was only reserved, so what you would do is at the time of check in, provide the hotel your AMEX card as the form of payment. 

 

You will need to add your AMEX to your Concur Travel profile so that it will be used for all future bookings. To do this, sign in to your SAP Concur profile. Click the initials in the upper right corner. Select Profile Settings. From the Profile Settings page on the left-hand side, click the Credit Card link. This will take you to the Credit Card section of your Travel profile. I believe you will see your personal card listed. I would recommend removing it using the trash can icon. Then click Add a Credit Card. From here it is self-explanatory. Be sure to tick the boxes under Use this card as the default card for. I recommend selecting Air, Car and Hotel here.
