Can I change email notification settings?

One of our users is receiving daily emails for overdue credit card transactions.  The issue itself is something we are working on with the vendor, but is there a way to turn off the DAILY email reminders?

@AshleyJRSCI Standard does not allow for editing the email reminders. 

 

So, in this case the user doesn't have any overdue transactions but is receiving the overdue email reminder? I wasn't sure if that is what you are saying. Also, what is the issue with the vendor? How is the vendor affecting the email reminder?

Hello @AshleyJRSCI 

 

Maybe you could also add that the employee can be excluded in the Email Reminder Rule, for example:

(Then reference the rule configuration where Employee → Logon ID → Not Equal → value  the employee’s logon ID.)

Where can I find this setting to update it?  I'm on Standard.
