BP, Business Partner is not created

We have started with a new company in concur and we have an issue when we want to create a Business Partner (BP).

We have the next error:

Please, someone can help me and let me now if there are something missing?.

@CarlaGuillem I believe you posted this in another forum, but just in case...you will likely need to contact Concur Support about this. I'm not familiar with the screens you show in your post.
