Authenticator for every online expense doesn't work

I have now got to authenticate every use of Concur on my laptop, this is blocking me from being able to use the system at all and even when I seek assistance with username or password I get nothing back.

@emma-robertson most companies have a designated "time out" period. Usually it is a minimum of 30 to 60 minutes and can be set to longer. I would suggest if you know you are going to be using SAP Concur multiple times in one day, do not sign out. If the time out period at your company is set to a short amount of time, you can request your site admin increase the amount of time.
