Are reminders always accurate?

I currently have a user who is getting email notifications regarding "You have 10 travel requests pending an expense Report". She has claimed that she has gone through all 74 of her requests to verify that they were either tied to an ER or was manually cancelled or closed. Is there a way to verify which requests the system is saying needs to be attached to an expense report?

@agates4981 Thank you for posting in the SAP Concur Community. After reviewing the configuration, I would suggest working with your Concur Administrator to open a case in the SAP Concur Support Portal. I will send you a private message with the name of someone that you can contact at your company.
