App not working

I recently upgraded to a new iphone 12 but when I try to open the app it automatically kicks me out.  Has anyone experienced this before?  If so, what can I do?

@djovanovich4 the first thing I would suggest is to uninstall the app and re-install. See if that will correct the issue.
