App On Android- "Tip" message stuck out of screen with no way to close it.

Hi.

 

My mobile app on android will open with a "tip" message that appears half outside the screen with no visible way of closing it.

This "fun" message is preventing me from using the mobile app., and is disrupting my experience. (Not that it was great up till now, just saying...)

 

What is going on with this? 

It has been going on for a few weeks now. I Just changed jobs and this appeared in my other work phone 3 weeks ago as well. Strange that this is still not resolved. Did no one complain about this glitch??

@MichaelWircer Hello there. I see from your profile that your country says Israel. I mention this because there is a known issue that has been submitted to our R&D team where this happens when the device language is set to an RTL (Right to Left) language, like Hebrew or Arabic. Could you check your device language settings and see if this is the case? If so, a workaround for now is to change the language setting.

Dear Kevin,

 

Thank you for the support and quick fix.

I changed the phone language as suggested from Hebrew to English, and "Presto", the message appeared fully in the app, so I could close it and use "Concur" again.

I will pass the fix down to my colleagues who might have the same issue.
