One of our users downloaded Concur Mobile on their phone from the Google Play Store, but it gives them the error message below when they launch the app. They have Chrome set as the default browser on their phone, so I'm not sure why this message would pop up. Has anyone ever encountered this and found a resolution? I tested downloading the app on my iPhone and it let me log right in.
"The SAP Concur mobile app was not able to detect a default browser on this device. Please make sure to set a default browser in order to use the app."
@amarquart I think you are going to need to submit a help ticket to SAP Concur support. If the device has Chrome as the default browser, then there shouldn't be an issue. This way our mobile team can look into it.
How do I do that? Everywhere I looked just pointed me back to these forums.
