APIs for user integration

Hi Team

I was checking on the integration with Concur with the user management point of view.

Our requirement was to get users ,roles from Concur system along with creating new users ,updating existing users.

I could see 2 modes of integration

a) https://api.sap.com/api/ConcurIdentity/resource

which talks about the V4 apis. 

/v4/users/lookup

b)https://developer.concur.com/api-reference/profile/v4.identity.html

https://us.api.concursolutions.com/profile/identity/v4/Users

There is a note mentioned

Important: This API is currently in pre-release status and is only available to approved early access participants. The API is under development and might change before being generally released. To become an early access participant, contact your SAP Concur Representative.

Wanted to check what's the difference between both the modes and which API will fulfill  the use cases.
